Meet the Fox Land Surveys Team

Timothy J. Fox - Senior Survey Manager/Principal

Tim has been working in the Land Surveying field since 1981. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in surveying and photogrammetry and an Associate Degree in forest and park technology. Tim has been elected 2005-2006 president of the Idaho Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Tim works directly with all clients on each project coming through FLSI's office. He has worked to make FLSI a firm known for preparing maps with greater detail and accuracy than most other firms in Southwest Idaho.


Thomas A. Judge - Survey Project Manager

Tom has been surveying since 1979. Tom has performed topographic, boundary and construction surveys on projects in Idaho, Utah and Missouri. Tom coordinates the field crew and office technician activities, processes data, analyzes the boundaries and reviews mapping and staking needs. He prepares and reviews descriptions, subdivision plat maps, records of survey and ALTA maps. Tom's attention to detail provides FLSI with a high quality product. Tom is fluent with Land Desktop, StarNet, Trimble LG Office, Leica Geo Office and Locus.


Patrick Shaffer - Party Chief
Patrick has been surveying since 1989. He is a hands-on player with all of the projects he is involved with. He is an expert with Sokkia, Topcon, Wild Total Stations and Data Collectors, Leica, Trimble and Ashtech GPS equipment. Patrick performs topographic, boundary and construction surveys on projects for hazardous waste sites, subdivisions, private home owners and developers.
