 Timothy J. Fox -
Senior
Survey Manager/Principal

California Professional License(1987) PLS 5779
Tim has been working in the Land Surveying field since 1981. He
has a Bachelor of Science Degree in surveying and photogrammetry
and an Associate Degree in forest and park technology. Tim works directly with all clients on
each project coming through FLSI's office. He has worked to make
FLSI a firm known for preparing maps with greater detail and
accuracy than most other firms in Southwest Idaho.
 Thomas
A. Judge -
Survey Project Manager
Utah Professional Land Surveyor(2001) PLS 4854556
Tom has been surveying since 1979. He has performed topographic,
boundary and construction surveys on projects in Idaho, Utah and
Missouri. Tom processes data, analyzes the boundaries and
reviews mapping. He prepares and reviews descriptions,
subdivision plat maps, records of survey and ALTA maps. Tom's
attention to detail provides FLSI with a high quality product.
Tom is fluent with Land Desktop, StarNet, Trimble Geo Office,
Leica Geo Office and Locus.
Kerry R. Albright

Survey Project Manager/Principal
Idaho Professional Land Surveyor (2007) PLS 12720
Kerry
began his surveying career in 1990 with the U.S Navy Seabees. In
1997, he returned to Boise and has been surveying in the
surrounding communities since. He  received
a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2006. This,
combined with his surveying knowledge, has positioned him for
providing clients with quality Project Management. Kerry
works in the field on all types of projects, and in the office
prepares and reviews maps, plats, descriptions and other survey
documents.
L. Alex Green -
Junior Party Chief
Alex has been working at Fox Land Surveys for over five years as
a Instrument man and a Junior Party Chief. Alex is currently
attending ISU in pursuit of his Geomatics Degree. He also helps
with office processing of the data and the preparation of maps.
Donna B. Fox -
Office Manager
Donna is the glue that keeps the office together. She manages
the Accounting, Human Resources, and Communications for Fox Land
Surveys.
